This is where I am at. Living in the fall-out. I have been saying over and over I need to get away It’s becoming more apparent that I DO need to and not just for my mental health, for my physical self as well. I feel like I am breaking down on a cellular level and will soon cease to exist as anything more than a quivering mass riddled with pain.
